I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist based in the UK, committed to helping people understand their mind, regain clarity, and build a more balanced and meaningful life. Professional Background

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in High-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and have several years of clinical experience supporting clients through anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related difficulties, low self-esteem, and persistent negative thinking patterns. I have also completed additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Psychology for Older Age, and Relationships Coaching.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a range of fields including manual labour, business, software development, and charity work. These experiences help me connect with clients from many walks of life and bring a grounded, practical perspective to my therapeutic work.
